2025-2026 Year in Review

This year, our members showed up. Over and over, in big ways and small ones. Here’s what we did together across San Diego County:

Stronger together
None of this happens solo. We worked side by side with 30+ community partners across San Diego County this year, putting our time and resources where they’re needed most.
Donations and grants
We donated over 13,000 diapers, 25,000+ period products, and 82 bras to families across the county. We also handed out $875 in grocery gift cards and applied to 9 grants.

One of those applications paid off. We were awarded a $35,000 grant through the Neighborhood Reinvestment Program (Council District 4). That money goes straight into our Diaper Bank and Period Pantry.

Advocacy
Showing up isn’t just hands-on work. We supported 16 CalSPAC bills, co-sponsored 1, and proposed 3 to our board. We held 4 advocacy events and sent members to 4 conferences this year.

Community events
108 people came out to our Impact Forum, where 4 panelists shared their perspectives. We ran 2 Cooking with Crockpot classes, took on 2 community improvement projects, and donated 25 lasagnas to families who needed a meal.
